Arnica massage oil is a rich body massage oil which utilises Arnica montana as the active ingredient and is built upon a building block of exceptional quality Cold Pressed oils, High in Omega, Minerals & Vitamin contents as well as Natural Antioxidants with enhancing Neroli & Petitgrain to revive the skin's surface to help soothe and relax tired muscles and skin which has suffered through knocks and bumps. Ideal as a sports therapy massage rub or after exercise workout oil to help heal and protect.

A Subtle orange blossom (neroli) fragrance with earthy undertones.

This product contains Sea Buckthorn and therefore care should be taken as discolouration of linens and skin is possible due to the rich and nutritious propertis of the oil.

Directions:
Massage the oil in sweeping movements towards the heart to encourage natural muscle relaxation and blood circulation. Arnica Massage Oil can be used in the bath to help create a restorative bath. When used in the bath add 10ml to running water and always take care as your bath may become slippery.
