How to Use:

Apply a small amount of oil to your hands and massage it into the affected areas in circular motions, this is the best way to break up the fat cells that cause cellulite.

Massage for at least 5 minutes each day the buttock and thigh area. Apply pressure evenly and firmly, not be pressing too hard, but you should also not be so gentle that you are not feeling anything. Apply preferably after a bath or warm shower, as the warmth can help to increase blood flow and relax the muscles in the area.

Drink water throughout the day preferably before and after the massage. Be consistent with your massage, you should start to see a reduction in the appearance of cellulite after a few weeks. If you experience any pain, stop the massage immediately.
