SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

All orders are dispatched next working day via Economy tracked post starting at £2.99 for under 2kg

2-5kg £4.49 and £6.49* for over 5+kg  

*Increases apply 10kg+

Economy post takes on average 3-5 working days however this can take longer during busy periods or poor weather. 

If you require your order more quickly then there are options at checkout for 1st class, which is 1-3 working days or Special Delivery.

Please note only special delivery offers a guarantee delivery date of next working day before 1pm.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

CHANGED YOUR MIND /  DIDNT MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS or EXPECTATIONS

Whilst we hope that you enjoy our products as much as we do, however if you do change your mind or the fragrance isnt to your liking, we will be happy to offer a full refund for the value of the product(s) purchased in line with the terms stated below:

1  SECURELY PACK YOUR PARCEL: As long asthe product is unused you can return your item within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
As many of our products are liquids or fragile please make sure that your return is packaged to avoid spillage/breakages.
2. RETURN POST: Postage is payable by yourself and non refundable. We recommend you obtain proof of postage. 
3  ITEM ARRIVES BACK TO US.  We will check your order
4  REFUND: Once your returned goods are received by us, it usually takes 3-5 working days depending on your card issuer, for the refund to appear in your bank account. However this can take up to 14 days. 

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel any part of an order you have placed with us please contact us by email [email protected] 

Where your order is cancelled prior to it being dispatched the full value of the order will be refunded.  Cancellations made after the order has been dispatched are processed as returns. We are happy to accept returns of unused products and offer a full refund of the product value where we are notified of the return within 14 days of you receiving your product(s). We are unable to offer refunds on extra postage costs of your order. 

We are unable to offer exchanges for returns and a refund will be offered in all cases.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If any of your items arrive damaged please contact us in the first instance to discuss the problem on 07838374959 or by email [email protected].  We will replace any damages or refund depending on stock availability.  We may ask you to provide photographic proof of the damage, If you are unable to provide this when requested, we may ask you return the item, at your own cost, to asses the damage before refunding.  If the item is received back damaged, original costs postage and return postage costs will be fully refunded. If the item is not found to be damaged return costs will not be refunded.  

Please note that we will ask you to return the items by the most economical means, if you choose not to do this then additional postage costs will not be refunded

Where items are damaged in transit you may be asked to provide information to help us reclaim our costs. Damaged items should be reported to us as soon as possible within 14 days of receiving the product. We will offer a full refund of the product that have been damaged or will resend you a replacement product. 

Any refunds that fall outside of the above are at our discretion.
