DELIVERY
All orders are sent next working day by Economy tracked unless specified at checkout. We will endevour to deliver your order to you within 5 working days (Economy) or 2 working days (1st Class post) or Next Working day Guaranteeed delivery depending on the shipping option processed, however this is not a guarantee and once your item has been dispatched the delivery time can be effected and these are only estimations. The delivery address, to which your order shall be sent, will be the address provided by you during the ordering process. If your provide an incorrect or incomplete address you may contact us before dispatch to amend. If your item is dispatched before we are notified you are liable for any costs encurred and no refund will be granted until goods are returned as in the returns process.
For your peace of mind all orders are sent tracked and are insured against loss or damage.
NON DELIVERIES
All orders are sent with proof of postage and insurance. If you do not receive your order within 10 working days please contact us and we will investigate. Please note that all deliveries are made via 3rd parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.
If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information or the goods otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost. If delivery has been attempted, it is your responsibility to rearrange delivery with the courier or collection from the delivery office. We can not arrange any replacements or refunds while an order is awaiting collection, redelivery by yourself, or still in transit with the courier. If your item is returned to us we will refund any costs minus the original postage costs we have encurred.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If any of your items arrive damaged, we will replace them or refund depending on stock availability. We may ask you to provide photographic proof of the damage, If you are unable to provide this when requested, we may request you return the item, at your own cost, to asses the damage before refunding. If the item is received back damaged, original costs postage and return postage costs will be fully refunded. If the item is not found to be damaged return costs will not be refunded.
Please note that we will ask you to return the items by the most economical means, if you choose not to do this then additional postage costs will not be refunded
Where items are damaged in transit you may be asked to provide information to help us reclaim our costs. Damaged items should be reported to us as soon as possible within 14 days of receiving the product. We will offer a full refund of the product that have been damaged or will resend you a replacement product.
Any refunds that fall outside of the above are at our discretion.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
In the event that you wish, at any time, to cancel or return any product(s) you have ordered or received from us, please follow the cancellation and/or returns procedure described in the Returns Policy section.
PRICES
