Sustainability Pledge

As a company we offer products which are natural and good for our skin, so we aim to do the same for our planet.

• We DO NOT use mailing poly bags.

• we DO NOT print out packing or payment invoices, all invoices are emailed on request.

• We DO use paper kraft packing tape

• We DO use cardboard boxes with kraft paper packing, mostly recycled, 

• We DO source PET plastic (Polyethylene terephthalate) bottles for all our massage oils which are recycleable, unfortunately the pump lotion bottles have springs inside so not recyclable,  so if you want a wadded screw top please ask.

• We DO NOT use Bubblewrap, Plastic shrinkwrap or styrofoam chippings, where possible, but of course if your item is fragile (eg glass) we may have no alternative, but dont worry - if you receive any of these packing materials in your order, they have been saved from our suppliers deliveries and reused. 

• Please note that we do use Poly bags to seal 1L Massage oils to comply with couriers T&Cs of possible leakage
