  1. Hey, everyone! Happy Easter! The sun is shining, and I am so excited to tell you about my new line of colour-coded massage oils. I have been working on these for months, and I can't wait to share them with you.

I am a huge believer in the power of massage therapy, and I wanted to create a range of oils that cater to everyone's needs. I have just uploaded four blends: Relaxing oils (purple), Aches and pains (green), Beard & Shaving oils (blue), and Sensual (Fuschia).

Unfortunately, due to the bank holiday, the new labels for the next batch of blends are stuck in transit. But don't worry, they will be worth the wait.

So far, the response to the current selection has been amazing. The relaxing oils (purple) are perfect for those stressful days, and the aches and pains (green) blend is a lifesaver for anyone suffering from sore muscles.

The beard and shaving oils (blue) have been a big hit, and the sensual blend (fuschia) has been flying off the shelves. I am so happy that people are loving them as much as I do.

Next week, I will be uploading three new blends: Toning and firming, Fresh and uplifting, and Focusing blends. I can't wait for you to try them out. But, unfortunately, due to the label delay, they won't be available just yet.

Anyway, that's all from me. I hope you have an amazing Easter weekend, and I can't wait to share my new blends with you soon

  2. Massage therapy is an ancient practice that has been used for thousands of years to promote relaxation, reduce stress and tension, and improve overall well-being. Adding essential oils to the massage experience can enhance the benefits by providing a soothing aroma and additional therapeutic properties. One such blend is our Muscle Ease aromatherapy massage oil with lavender, peppermint, and eucalyptus.

Muscle Ease massage oil is a blend of natural carrier oils, including sweet almond oil, grapeseed oil, and jojoba oil, along with essential oils of lavender, peppermint, and eucalyptus. This unique blend has a cooling and soothing effect on the muscles, making it an excellent choice for those who experience muscle soreness and tension.

Lavender essential oil is well known for its calming and relaxing properties. It has been used for centuries to promote restful sleep and reduce stress and anxiety. When applied topically, lavender oil has been shown to reduce pain and inflammation, making it a popular choice for massage therapy.

Peppermint essential oil has a refreshing and cooling effect on the skin. It is commonly used to relieve headaches and muscle pain due to its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. Peppermint oil also has a stimulating effect on the mind, making it a great choice for improving mental clarity and focus.

Eucalyptus essential oil is often used to relieve respiratory problems such as coughs, colds, and asthma due to its expectorant properties. When applied topically, eucalyptus oil has a cooling and soothing effect on sore muscles and joints.

To use Muscle Ease massage oil, simply apply a small amount to the skin and massage into the affected area using long, sweeping strokes. The oil will absorb into the skin, leaving it feeling soft and moisturized. The relaxing aroma of lavender, peppermint, and eucalyptus will also help to promote a sense of calm and well-being.

Muscle Ease massage oil is a great choice for athletes, individuals with chronic pain, or anyone looking to relieve muscle tension and soreness. The blend of lavender, peppermint, and eucalyptus provides a cooling and soothing effect on the muscles, making it an excellent choice for post-workout recovery or after a long day of physical activity.
