How to Use Comfrey Cream

To use comfrey cream, simply apply a small amount to the affected area and massage it in until it is absorbed. You can use comfrey cream up to three times a day.

Please note: Comfrey cream is not safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women. It is also not recommended for people with liver problems.
